Following the construction of the original 123,000 sf school in 2011, Pearce was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to come back and build the addition of Goldsmith Elementary School in 2025.
This is a two story addition, consisting of eight classrooms, a courtyard, and an ICC Storm Shelter. Designed by Chapman Sisson Architects, this addition compliments the theme of the existing school while also providing additional protection for the occupants within the the storm shelter.
